At the heart of the 7th arrondissement and two steps from the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, this location offers a perfect balance between the quietness of the immediate surroundings and the vibrancy of the wider neighbourhood. The quarter is an enclave for wealthy Parisians which is apparent from it’s beautifully maintained buildings.

Chic shopping and eating can be had on rue Cler (Lenotre for pastries and the Café du Marché), rue de Grenelle (Dalloyaue for pastries to match Lenotre! and Barthelemy for cheeses), rue Saint Dominique itself (l’Auvergne Gourmande where you can’t avoid mixing with the French as everyone sits together at long tables) and finally rue Fabert with the always fashionable Café de l’Esplanade.

The closest Metros are La Tour Maubourg and Ecole Militaire (both line 8).

Building/Access

This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a Hausmannian style building with a lift. It is bright and calm with the living room overlooking the street and the bedroom, a courtyard.

This apartment of 50 m2 consists of a main room and an open fitted and equipped kitchen with a counter to this room. There is a double sofabed and the bedroom has a double bed (140cm x 200cm). The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and also from the entrance corridor. It has a beautiful bath with a French shower connection.
