On the South or Left Bank of the Seine, Saint-Germain-des-Pres is a wonderfully versatile district and this apartment is at it's core, on rue de Rennes in front of the famous Cartier shop and just the proverbial two steps from Paris' oldest church, the church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés itself.

The Luxembourg gardens, La Sorbonne, the Pantheon Musee d'Orsay and Saint Sulpice (Da Vinci Code) are all in the district and Notre Dame, Louvre and the Tuileries Gardens are a stroll away across the Seine. The intellectual cafe culture of the neighbourhood is renowned worldwide - try Brasserie Lipp, Les Deux Magots or Cafe Flore. Lifestyle, fashion, art and antiques shops abound. Rue de Rennes, rue du Four and rue Bonaparte are just three of the many up-market shopping streets to choose from.

Building/Access

This apartment is on the fourth floor (with lift) of a very high standing building with an impressive marble entrance. It is just in front rue de Rennes' amous Cartier shop.

Accommodation

This apartment statrs with a large entrance hall which leads to a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed. From the living room you have access to an office which has a desk and another sofabed. The bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is in marble with a bath. The kitchen is fully equiped.
