This apartment is exceptionally well located in the 9th district. Here you are a reasonable walking distance from the capital's two iconic department stores, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, both on boulevard Hausmann which also has an array of middle market French and International brands. The Louvre Museum, the Tuileries and Palais Royal Gardens Place Concorde and the Pompidou Centre are a few Metro stops away.

Your nearest Metros are Le Peletier and Cadet (line 7) and Richelieu Drouo t(lines 8 and 9). Everyday amenities are plentiful in the immediate neighbourhood including restaurants , bars, supermarkets, dry cleaners, banks and pharmacies.

Building/Access

In a building good standing, the apartment is located on the 6th and top floor with an elevator and with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris.

Accommodation

Here we have a carefully renovated 30 m2 studio at the top of the house. It consists of one large room with a high quality double bed (140cm x 200cm) converted from a sofa. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is at the opposite end of the room to the sofa. The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and fittings.

This is a small studio which with lovely timber floors, painted beams and French windows will make a quality base for a couple on a romantic trip to Paris.
