The Forum des Halles, the Paris Bourse (home of the CAC40) and the Banque de France dominate the very busy and lively district of Montorgeuil. The sublime Palais Royal gardens are not far away from this apartment which itself is located on a small cobblestoned, pedestrian street. The area is also blessed with many delightful cafés, restaurants and brasseries.

If you love fashion, rue Etienne Marcel with its eclectic range of designers, Place Victoires and Galerie Vivienne are a must visit. The central position of this apartment will enable you to stroll to the Louvre, Les Tuileries, Opera Garnier and Notre Dame.

The closest Metro is Etienne Marcel (line4) and a little further away is Chatelet Les Halles (lines 1,4,7,11,14 and RER A (Eurodisney), D and B direct to CDG and Orly airports).

Building/Access

On the sixth and top floor of a building with a lift and made safe by an access code and intercom, this tastefully decorated and furnished studio offers all the comforts you might expect including air conditioning if the weather is too hot!

The main room is equipped with two single beds which form a couch and a dining corner. Smart storage space will allow you to put away all your stuff if you are here for a while! As the windows face a courtyard, and you are on the 6th floor, this apartment is exceptionally quiet for Paris. The kitchen is open and fully equipped and the bath room has a walk in shower.

For a short stay, or for a couple of months, if you want to discover Paris from a “coming” neighbourhood, this small but lovely apartment will suit a couple or a single person as the price is very competitive.
