The Forum des Halles, the Paris Bourse (home of the CAC40) and the Banque de France dominate the very busy and lively district of Montorgeuil. The sublime Palais Royal gardens are not far away from this apartment and the area is also blessed with many delightful cafés, restaurants and brasseries. If you love fashion, rue Etienne Marcel with its eclectic range of designers, Place Victoires and Galerie Vivienne are a “must visit”. The central position of this apartment will enable you to stroll to the Louvre, Les Tuileries, Opera Garnier and Notre Dame.

The closest Metros are Bourse and Sentier (both line 3) and a little further away is Chatelet Les Halles (lines 1,4,7,11,14 and RER A (Eurodisney), D and B direct to CDG and Orly airports.

Building/Access

In a building of good standing, the apartment overlooks a little courtyard with trees, thus ensuring complete peace and quiet. Access to the building is secured by a digicode. The apartment is on the third floor (no lift).

Accommodation

This is a superb loft style apartment of 75 m2, furnished with great taste in a sleek and contemporary style. The lounge is a large room with a kitchen and a high table / bar for 4 people. The sleeping area is located at the back of the apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and another bedroom, not really closed, with a double bed (140cm x 200cm). The bathroom is at the entrance to the apartment with a lovely Italian style shower.

In a central location, this apartment is really nice, bathed in light and very calm.
