Rue Malher is so centrally located in the Marais that you will just have to walk a few steps to lose yourself amongst the quarter's narrow streets like rue des Rosiers or just amble across the river to the Latin Quarter, passing through Ile St Louis. Notre Dame, Pompidou center, Louvre, the Carnavalet and Picasso museums, the place des Vosges and Bastille are all within walking distance or a few Metro stops.

From the big brands and BHV on rue de Rivoli to the boutiques of the Marais, there is no shortage of shopping options, and restaurants (try Aux Vin des Pyrenees on rue Beautrellis itself or Chez Janou (blog link) near place des Vosges) and cafes abound in this district.

Metros are plentiful and included Pont Marie and Sully-Morland (both line 7), Saint Paul (line 1) and Bastille (lines 1,5 and 8).

Building/Access

This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful, typically Parisian building. The building has a lift and it's access is secured by a digicode and an intercom.

Accommodation

This exceptional and authentic 30sqm Parisian apartment has two main rooms. The bedroom is accessible from the entrance hall and has two single beds that can easily be put together to form a double bed. The ensuite bathroom is new andhas a bathtub. The living-room has a coffee table with couches and a dining table for 2/3 people.The fitted kitchen opens onto the living-room.

This apartment is made for 2 people and with it's moldings, wooden floor, antique furnitures, chimneys, mirrors and other works of art offers an authentic Parisian experience.

Note

From the beginning of June through August, this apartment is only let with MALHER which is an adjoining two bedroom apartment. Total accommodation is then for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.
