From the hip rue des Francs Bourgeois to the old Jewish ghetto in the rue des Rosiers, the Marais is one of the most lively and historic areas of Paris, bustling with galleries, cafes, restaurants and urban fashion outlets. Walk to two world class museums, Louvre and Orsay, two world class gardens, Tuileries and Palais Royal and one world class cathedral, Notre Dame!

And if you must shop, as well as the Marais offer, you just the proverbial two steps from the boutiques of rue Saint Honoré and Etienne Marcel, the mass market stores of rue de Rivoli (including BHV, the department store that sells everything) and the heaving underground mall that is Forum des Halles.

Here you have your choice of adjacent Metros including Hotel de Ville (lines 1 and 11), Rambuteau (line 11), Saint Paul (line 1) and Chatelet Les Halles (lines 1,4,7,11,14 and RER A, D and B direct to CDG and Orly airports).

Building/Access

The apartment is on the second floor of a very typical building for the Marais district and again typical for the Marais, it does not have a lift. Access to the building is secured by a digicode and interphone.

A 25 m2 studio consisting of a raised, open bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and a charming main living room with a nice table, sofa, armchairs and fireplace. A fitted galley style kitchen overlooks the living room. The tiled bathroom has a bath cum shower.

This apartment is very charming with it's beautiful high ceilings, exposed beams, tall windows .... Ideally located in the heart of the Marais.
