"Located in the 2nd arrondissement in the heart of Paris, the apartment is on a beautiful garden square between the Louvre and Opera Garnier and close to the Palais Royal gardens and La Comedie Francaise. As well as being just a ten minute walk from the city’s two most famous department stores, Le Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, the area is famed for having some of the best sushi and dim sum restaurants Paris has to offer.

Of course there is still an abundance of delicious French bistros too! The popular Passage Vivienne is just around the corner. Full of quaint shops it is also home to Le Grand Colbert which featured as Diane Keaton's favourite Paris restaurant in the film ""Something's Gotta Give"".

The closest Metro stations are Quatre-Septembre and Bourse (both line 3), Opera (lines 3,7 and 8) and Pyramides (lines 7 and 14). RER A which can take you out to Eurodisney in 35/40 minutes is available at Oper-Auber."

This truly charming studio (30m2) with French windows offers an inspiring and romantic view of the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. It is composed of a single room with a double bed (140cm x 200cm), is extremely bright and has excellent proportions as the building used to be an elegant hotel during the 1920's and 30's. This is also relected in late 19th century cornicing and a built-in oak art deco wardrobe. The studio has a small kitchen and a large modern bathroom with a bath cum shower.

A lovely studio in a fine building on a beautiful garden square in the centre of Paris – combined with French window framed views of the city, all the ingredients are here for a romantic sojourn in Paris!
