This apartment is in a lovely quarter of the 17th arr., just off Place des Ternes and a 10/15 minute walk from the Arc-de-Triomphe and the top of the Champs-Elysees. The Palais des Congres de Paris and La Defense are a few Metro stops away. The residential area in which it is located is elegant and nicely animated with many good mid price restaurants (try Les Gourmets des Ternes for great beef and rum baba), bars, cafes and "one off" boutiques.

Avenue des Ternes is home to FNAC and many more big French and International brand shops. Rue Poncelet itslef is in a pedestrian zone and it's street market is very inviting with it's combination of fresh fruit, vegetables and produce stalls lined up alongside some of the best food stores in the city. Try Daguerre Maree for seafood and Alleosse for cheese.

The closest Metro stations are Charles-de-Gaulle-Etoile (RER A (Eurodisney) and lines 1,2 and 6), Ternes and Courcelles (both line 6). The Porte Maillot terminus for Ryanair buses from Beauvais is two Metro stops on line 1 from Etoile.

Building/Access

The apartment is in a good building with keypad access. It is located on the fifth and top floor and an elevator will take you tp the fourth.

Accommodation

Here we have a 45 m2 apartment recently renovated and consisting of a large living room with an open kitchen and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep an adult or perhaps two small children. The bathroom has an excellent shower. A large dressing room allows you to store all your clothes and luggage.

This superb apartment has been tastefully renovated and is on the top floor with a beautiful view over the roofs of Paris.
